The owner of the online store WWW.KAVIALE.LV (hereinafter — the online store) is “Kaviale” SIA (Reg. No. 40203131330), located at Kauguru iela 9, Riga, LV-1046.
The sales terms apply when purchasing products in the online store. Product prices are listed next to the items. Delivery charges depend on the buyer’s location and delivery method. The delivery cost is shown at checkout. Product information is provided next to each product.
The sales currency is Euro. Payment methods include bank links and bank cards.
“Kaviale” SIA is responsible for personal data processing. Payment data is transmitted to the payment processor “Maksekeskus” AS.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in the required fields and select the delivery method. The total amount will be displayed, payable by bank link or other methods. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of payment. If an ordered product cannot be delivered (due to stock expiration or other reasons), the customer will be informed, and the paid amount (including delivery fees) will be refunded within 14 days.
Products are delivered to Riga, Riga region, and Jurmala. Delivery is from door to door using Kaviale SIA’s courier partners. Orders over €49 (incl. VAT 21%) are delivered free of charge. Orders under €49 are charged €4.50 (incl. VAT 21%) for courier delivery. Deliveries within Riga typically arrive within 1 business day if ordered before 15:00. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
The online store is responsible for any nonconformity or defects present at the time of delivery. Claims must be made within 24 hours by emailing info@kaviale.lv or calling +371 23 999 793.
The store is not responsible for defects occurring after delivery. The buyer must follow proper storage conditions. If the defect is the merchant’s responsibility, they will repair, replace, or refund the item. Complaints are answered within 15 days.
